Casa Koko can be rented starting at 6 bedrooms (12 guests), up to its full capacity of 20 guests (9 bedrooms). Regardless of the number of bedrooms rented, the villa will be entirely private for the group and comes with the same attentive staff, amenities, and services.

Notes

  • Service Fee: 10% over total Rental Fee.
  • Rental Fee and Service Fee are subject to 16% VAT tax.
  • A USD$ 15,000 refundable security deposit will be held in advance.
  • Food & beverages, Airport transfers, and other additional services are not included in the rental fee.
